OnePlus Launched the Treasure of New Next Wearable Watch

OnePlus has set the tech community abuzz with a sneak peek at its upcoming wearable, the OnePlus Watch 2. With an air of mystery surrounding the details, the company’s playful wrong answers only contest. In addition, the enigmatic image has ignited anticipation among enthusiasts.

Coinciding with this year’s Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2024 on February 26, the contest deadline hints at a global reveal at the prestigious tech event. In addition, it will spread across India, North America, and Europe, signaling a widespread launch approach.

The teaser shares similarities with leaked renders of the Watch 2. Thus, it offers a potential glimpse into its design. Departing from its predecessor’s sleek look, it showcases a circular display featuring a distinctive bulge reminiscent of the Apple Watch Ultra. Additionally, the two buttons on the right side complement the look.

Anticipated Specifications and Features of the OnePlus Watch 2

Amid the swirling rumors, a major highlight revolves around the operating system. For the first time, OnePlus is likely to move away from its custom RTOS and embrace Google’s Wear OS. As a result, it will potentially open the door to a broader array of features and app compatibility, whether it’s the older Wear OS 3 or the latest Wear OS 4.

Beneath the surface, murmurs suggest a 1.43-inch AMOLED display fueled by the Qualcomm Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 chip. Fitness aficionados can look forward to capabilities. In addition, it will include heart rate tracking, SpO2 monitoring, sleep tracking, and calorie tracking, positioning the Watch 2 as a potential health-focused companion.

Projected Pricing for the Watch 2

The original OnePlus Watch debuted at Rs 16,999 in India. As a result, it will lead to expectations of a higher price tag for the Watch 2. This is due to its enhanced features and Wear OS integration. However, the exact pricing remains a mystery, leaving tech enthusiasts eagerly anticipating the official revelation.
