The Swedish footwear company Vagabond Shoemakers is diversifying into the apparel market. With artist Micky Ho, the company will release a limited-edition T-shirt.
The “Vagabond Shoemakers Apparel” apparel line debuts with an oversized boxy T-shirt. In addition, it has a unique print of the company’s SS23 advertising campaign reinvented by Stockholm-based CGI/3D artist Micky Ho.
About the Apparel Collection of Vagabond
The T-shirt comes after Vagabond debuted its first-ever article of clothing. In addition, it is a limited-edition leather jacket that sold out in less than 24 hours last spring. According to the brand, the jacket’s popularity “sparked” the concept of making garments a more long-term product.
Marie Nilsson PeterzĂ©n, creative director and co-founder of Vagabond Shoemakers, stated: “Taking a step into the apparel category is an exciting new age for us. At Vagabond, we aim to accomplish the things that inspire and excite us.
We will aim to design products centered around everyday style. In addition, with enduring quality and upscale detailing at the core of our design approach, similar to how we design our footwear.
According to Vagabond, its clothing collection intends to provide the “ideal blend of casual wear and sharp design.” In addition, it will have items “made to wear from day to night on any occasion.”
