In an effort to boost conversion, cut back on returns, and foster customer loyalty, LK Bennett will employ TrueFit’s Fashion Genome. In addition, it gives customers access to fit preferences and helps them understand size.
How will it help customers?
TrueFit’s technology will offer users recommendations through the brand’s e-commerce platform based on its own data. In addition, AI and ongoing machine learning augment the technology.
In order to better understand how its customers shop within and outside of the brand, LK Bennett will also leverage the cross-market data supplied by TrueFit. Additionally, it will aid in the company’s own range and category expansion. Further, it will help in the diversification of consumer purchases.
