Today, Little Otter, a digital mental health service for kids and families, and Sana, a healthcare firm that offers Fortune 500-level health benefits to small businesses at reasonable pricing, announced a partnership.

The Goal of the Partnership

Sana and Little Otter strive to provide their members and their families with thorough, top-notch mental health care. Will Young, co-founder, and CEO of Sana said that this most recent relationship with Little Otter is a big step toward the company’s objective. This will help to provide everyone with access to the best caliber of medical care.

Given that 50% of mental health disorders begin before the age of 14, our cooperation plays a crucial role in providing Sana members with access to more mental health services for children and youth ages 0 to 14 and family assistance.

How will Sana help Little Otter?

Once Sana members have verified their eligibility, they are encouraged to respond to important questions via the Little Otter app to help them choose the best way to support their families. With this information, the Little Otter staff will gain a deeper understanding of the current family dynamics.

As a next step, they can ask Sana members to book a consultation via the app after giving the family rapid feedback on available helpful resources.

According to Rebecca Egger, CEO and co-founder of Little Otter, “With so many barriers to obtaining health care, especially mental health care, it was crucial for us to partner with a plan that reduces barriers to accessing care.

“Sana’s all-access network demonstrated how crucial it is for people to have simple access to the medical treatment they require. We are pleased with the chance to enter and assist Sana members and their families, giving them an individualized and holistic approach to mental health therapy, with our shared objective of enhancing the health and well-being of the people we serve.

Sana has improved its health service and insurance services to the populations it serves in recent years. Early in 2022, Sana launched Sana MD, the organization’s first primary care clinic for customers.

Sana MD, based in Austin, gives staff members free access to comprehensive primary care, urgent care, laboratories, care coordination, and virtual primary care on-site.
