How will it work?
Nike Explore Team (NXT) and the Nike Sport Research Lab (NSRL) developed Aerogami. In addition, it responds to the wearer’s body in real time. It works by opening tiny winged vents as perspiration accumulates for higher airflow and closing them when the body cools down.
Testing in environmental chambers and study of runners’ heat and sweat maps inform the positioning of the vents. In addition, it responds to gender-specific needs.
Availability
The men’s version will release in later in the fall. However, the women’s Nike Run Division Aerogami jacket will be available from July.
