With the help of a new collaboration with the exercise tracking app Strava, the global sportswear company Nike hopes to improve its fitness offerings.
About the Service of Nike
In June, the company will roll out a test program that will give users of the Nike Run Club and Nike Training Club apps access to data. In addition, it will allow them to post their workouts on Strava’s platform.
With the collaboration, Nike hopes to strengthen its community and give athletes additional online coaching and motivation.
Members will get access to the approximately 750,000 clubs that are already present on Strava and its well-established community.
Users will be able to track their progress. In addition, they can gain incentives through the content. Additionally, Nike coaches and players will create progress.

Closing Note
Nike will also offer a number of challenges on the app as part of a future expansion scheduled for later this summer in an effort to encourage interaction.
With its most recent effort being a deal with streaming service Netflix that saw the company premiere workout content on the platform, Nike is still looking for ways to make fitness more accessible to its customers.
