Apple has started to introduce “Discovery Station.” In addition, it is a new radio station on its Apple Music platform. Additionally, it intends to assist customers discover new songs. However, this feature was lacking on the platform.
About the Radio Station of Apple
The station uses an algorithm to propose music in a personalized way to each user. It curates a list of what the user has recently listened to. However, they haven’t yet added to their library or previously heard. Although there hasn’t been a formal announcement, numerous sources indicate that the station will soon be accessible through Apple Music’s desktop, mobile, and web applications.
Closing Note
The new station appears to be a step in the right way for Apple Music. In addition, it is a response to something customers have been asking for. However, it is hardly comparable to Spotify’s offerings that facilitate easy discovery, like its “Discover Weekly” playlist.
