California-based Apple is gearing up to launch a fresh wave of products in 2025, starting with new MacBook Air models powered by the M4 chip. Updates to High-Performance Apple Desktop Lineup: Mac Studio and Mac Pro
After the release of the M4 MacBook Air, Apple’s attention shifted towards updating its high-performance desktop range, including the Mac Studio and Mac Pro. According to reports, the new Mac Studio could launch as early as 2025. In addition, it will instead launch between March and June. A significant performance boost is expected from the M4 Ultra or M4 Max processors.

Skipping the M3 generation, the next Mac Pro will reportedly leap straight to the M4 Ultra chip, internally codenamed “Hydra.” According to reports, the M4 Ultra will have 32 CPU and 80 GPU cores, potentially doubling its capabilities. The Mac Pro may support up to 512GB of unified memory, a dramatic increase over its current 192GB limit.
