Apple has already made its most recent product available to iPad users. The entry-level Apple Pencil has a lower suggested retail price. However, it maintains tilt sensitivity, low latency, and pixel-perfect accuracy.
About the Matte Finish Pencil of Apple
The new Apple Pencil features a matte finish and a flat side that magnetically attaches to the iPad for storage. It also has a covert USB-C charging port on the side. In addition, it works with all iPad models that support USB-C charging, including the iPad Pro, iPad Air, and iPad Mini. The Pencil goes into sleep mode when magnetically fastened to the iPad to protect the battery.
According to Bob Borchers, Apple’s VP of Worldwide Product Marketing, the Apple Pencil has “revolutionized note-taking, sketching, and illustrating, unleashing endless possibilities for productivity and creativity.” The new Apple Pencil “unlocks another great option to experience the magic of digital handwriting, annotation, marking up documents, and more” when used in conjunction with the iPad’s versatility.
Feature and Pricing
It is accessible on the first and second-generation Apple Pencils. However, the new pencil model does not enable pressure sensitivity, wireless pairing, and charging. Additionally, the double-tap feature allows users to switch between tools.
Early November will mark the official launch of the new Apple Pencil. In addition, it will retail for USD 79.
